WELCOME TO GASCOYNE FUNERALS

Funeral services in the Gascoyne & surrounding remote communities since 2010

Gascoyne Funeral Services operate on the Traditional lands of the Yinggarda, Baiyungu, Malgana, Thudgari (Tharrgari), and Thalanyji peoples. We recognise their enduring connection to land, sea, and community, and honour their continuing role as custodians of culture, knowledge, and tradition.

We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our story

About Us

John and Angela bring decades of experience in ministry, care, and community service. John is an ordained Reverend of over 30 years and has supported families through some of life’s most meaningful moments. Angela complements this with her qualifications in ministry and counselling, offering compassionate support and guidance when it is needed most.

Together, they have a deep understanding of the importance of care, dignity, and personal connection. Their experience includes a decade of service in rural Malawi (1999–2009), where they were involved in all aspects of community life, including funeral care.
